Christa Hardin, MA is teaching live/recorded Zoom classes on the most important Enneagram and relationship principles. You can join in live or grab the on-demand viewing as you build your Enneagram and Marriage repertoire!

In each 2-hour lesson, Christa offers a dynamic class experience focused on helping you integrate the Enneagram into your new or ongoing work with couples and individuals, and into your own relationship as well.

With over 30 worksheets to share with clients, over 24 hours of training, including optional in-class practicums, as well as twelve modules covering 350+ pages of material, you get a lot of training. Whether you're training as a beginning coach or as an advanced therapist, you're getting essential tools to build your confidence and gifting.

This course can be taken by coaches, counselors, pastors, those interested in helping their own marriage, or lay helpers.

At course completion, if a student would like to receive an Enneagram + Marriage badge for their website/social media use, as well as a listing in the post-course E + M Directory, they will complete and submit a final written essay.

The course, including updates, includes:

Twelve 2-hour Live Zoom lessons every Tuesday, starting September 15, 2026, 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM EST, wrapping up December 8, 2026 (with a break the week of Thanksgiving). Christa will dialogue and answer any questions from 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM following each training to dig deeper. (Join for any part or watch the recordings at your own disposal.) The meetings will be recorded and shared after, so live attendance is optional.

Weekly live Coaching Lab time, where you can bring your real questions and cases to get answered live with Christa.

Free ongoing monthly check-ins for coaches to talk over cases and life in the Inner Circle (2nd Wed at 12 noon EST each month)

A swipe file of the 12 PDF modules with info for you, plus printables for your clients, and a summary of each training and the tools you're learning. Take your Enneagram + Marriage training to your relationship, and the world! Your E + M certification training covers the following course topics at length over 12 live/recorded Zoom trainings with Christa, starting September 15, 2026, 12 PM EST (late entry is fine also, you can watch earlier classes on a pre-recorded basis)!

Module 1 – The E + M System Basics, including arrow work of each type. The Enneagram Glow is explained as we dive into cultural communication, families, and couples integrating as a system, along with transference and countertransference. Optional case study assigned.

Module 2 – Heart Types: Wings, Stances, Subtypes, Triads, Orientation to Time. Working with Heart Glow Pairings, going over case studies together. Optional case study assigned.

Module 3 – Head Types: Wings, Stances, Subtypes, Triads, Orientation to Time. Working with Thinking Glow Pairings, going over case studies together. Optional case study assigned.

Module 4 – Body Types: Wings, Stances, Subtypes, Triads, Orientation to Time. Working with Body Glow Pairings, going over case studies together. Optional case study assigned.

Module 5 – Christa's books and the R & R systems coaching process as a framework. Optional case study assigned.

Module 6 – Passions, fixations, blind spots of types, and virtues, plus spiritual aspects of care and coaching ethics. Going over case studies together. Optional case study assigned.

Module 7 – Integrating Gottman and research with E + M. Friendship-building, romance-building, and harmonic groups, with in-class practicum time. Optional case study assigned. Go over the Glow Planner. In-class practicum (optional).

Module 8 – Healing attachment wounds with EFT principles, harmony groups, and in-class practicum time, plus more on transference and countertransference along with attunement. Optional case study assigned. In-class practicum (optional).

Module 9 – Integrating the Enneagram with couples work around sex, affairs, and incorporating boundaries. Optional case study assigned. In-class practicum (optional).

Module 10 – Coaching principles, marketing and honing your practice, levels of development, Tritype work, and neurodiversity, with in-class practicum time. Essay assigned for those who want certification. Optional case study assigned. In-class practicum (optional).

Module 11 – Addiction, defense mechanisms, and when you need to make a referral, plus cultural awareness and neurodiversity. Community support. (A time of sharing elevator pitches for those who can stay longer.) Optional case study assigned. In-class practicum (optional).

Module 12 – In-laws, extended family, and children, plus divorce in Enneagram work. Go over Just Your Type for pre-marital training. Essay due. Optional case study assigned. In-class practicum (optional).
