The five sessions are each approximately forty minutes. You can take them at your own pace, but it’s recommended you spend another twenty minutes walking through the simple questions in the accompanying workbook.

People often take different paces in their growth journey, and it’s perfectly fine for you to do this course solo or as a couple.
